I had a really mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the location is stunning with beautiful beach access and well-maintained grounds. The shuttle service was efficient and the staff members, especially the concierge, were very helpful. However, I encountered significant issues with customer service during my stay, which was quite disappointing given the price of the stay. It’s a shame because the amenities were nice, but the service really affected my overall enjoyment.

Our stay at the Westin Playa Conchal was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, especially for my picky eater daughter. The beautiful grounds and fun pool activities made our family vacation unforgettable, though we did notice some minor downsides with internet connectivity in our unit. Overall, it was a fantastic all-inclusive experience with stunning views and excellent excursions.
